Spring Into Fitness Challenge

Join the Fitness Center for the annual "Spring Into Fitness Challenge"!

The MWR Fitness Center invites the PRFTA community to participate in the  2021 "Spring Into Fitness Challenge" program. This four week challenge will teach participants the tools they need to reach their wellness and physical fitness goals. 

Participants will be required to check-in weekly for weigh-in and BMI readings. Special circuit training will also be offered for participants to attend. 

Prizes will be awarded to the winner in both men's and women's categories. 

Please contact the Fitness Center to sign up. Last day to register is April 2, 2021.
